Meet the Founder
Dr. Priscilla Hill, DHSc, MA, MCAP
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Priscilla Hill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of F.R.E.S.H. Behavioral Services, LLC, where she leads with a commitment to expanding access to compassionate, quality behavioral healthcare for individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
With extensive experience in behavioral health, Dr. Hill has served in clinical, operational, and executive leadership roles throughout her career. Her background includes program development and oversight, addiction treatment, compliance, utilization management, clinical supervision, and organizational leadership. This diverse experience has shaped her approach to building programs that are both clinically meaningful and responsive to the needs of the communities they serve.
Dr. Hill earned her Doctor of Human Services with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Management from Capella University and holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. She is also a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida.
Dr. Hill founded F.R.E.S.H. with a vision that behavioral healthcare should extend beyond treating symptoms. Her philosophy centers on helping individuals Focus, Revive, Elevate, Succeed, and Heal while providing an environment where people feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
As F.R.E.S.H. continues to grow, Dr. Hill remains committed to expanding access to mental health and substance use services, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring that individuals and families no longer have to suffer in silence.
