Meet the Founder

Dr. Priscilla Hill
Chief Executive Officer

 Dr. Priscilla Hill, DHS has a doctoral degree in Human Services and specializes in leadership and organizational management at Capella University. She has a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and specializes in Marriage and Family therapy from Liberty University. Dr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and an Associate of Arts in Education from Indian River State College. She is also a certified master-level addiction professional in the state of Florida. Dr. Hill comes with years of experience in clinical and operational roles such as program director, lead therapist, compliance officer, utilization review director, and chart auditor. She has spearheaded multiple treatment centers in the United States in insurance audits and accreditation in the public and private sectors in the behavioral health field. Dr. Hill's primary goal is to provide quality care for individuals and families suffering in silence, ultimately making her a tireless advocate for clients and their families.
