Outpatient Program

Outpatient treatment at F.R.E.S.H offers structured telehealth support services for individuals who do not require residential care.

This level of care is ideal for people managing mild to moderate substance use and/or co-occurring mental health challenges while maintaining their daily routines.

Outpatient programs vary in length—ranging from a few months to over a year—and are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Success depends on active participation and collaboration throughout the treatment process.

Outpatient services are available for individuals ages 12 through adulthood, with treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Services are offered during the evening to accommodate busy schedules, making it easier to access consistent, effective support.
